DAS KRÄUTERHÄUSL

In the summer of 2023, the oldest building in the village , a former country house and newly refurbished in the past years, will be at our disposal for the third year in a row. Kurt, the owner, has created four wooden apartments on the first floor, which are different in size and individually shaped. On the ground floor you find a large kitchen, as well as ample space for breakfast and dinner, indoor games, entertainment, discussions and the farewell party on the last Friday.
In the garden behind KRÄUTERHÄUSL, we can play tabletennis and badminton, we have barbecues and there is plenty of room to chill out. The basket is just outside on the big parking site in front of the building.
The distance to the center of Puchenstuben – church, school, restaurant, one shop, swimming pool - is only 400 meters.
Room allocation is taken care of by our GKI team: we separate according to gender and age.

Information about the village
​
Puchenstuben is a small village at an altitude of 860 meters. It is located directly on the mountain train line connecting St. Pölten, the capital of Lower Austria, and Mariazell, a famous Austrian pilgrimage town that we will visit on a half-day excursion. Travelling to Vienna by car (140 km) takes 2 hours.
